By creating an account or using Pingely you agree to these terms. If you are using Pingely on behalf of an organization you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Acceptable use
You agree to monitor only endpoints you are authorized to monitor, to respect rate limits, and not to use Pingely to send alerts for abusive or illegal purposes.
Service availability
We aim to keep Pingely available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Availability targets for paid plans are published in the relevant plan terms.
